HESSI DATA ANALYSIS MEETING
Purpose:
- To review status and plans for HESSI data analysis software
- To solicit comments, suggestions and contributions
Status:
- Basic data analysis plan as outlined in original proposal, PDR, CDR,
PDMP has not changed.
- Software team is mid-way through implementing basic plan
- Software is fully available online (SSW).
- Release 2 was posted July 2.
- Release 3 is due out November 1.
- Emphasis to date has been on functionality.
- Descriptions today will be based on state of software as we expect it
be at launch.
Comments:
-Interfaces are firming up so that contributions are welcome.
-Finite resources >> prioritization is important
