The block of one-bedroom accommodations at the Wintergreen Resort is completely full. Only two bedroom condos are now available at a rate of $203/night. The nearest alternative lodging is located in Charlottesville, VA (~45 min from Wintergreen) or Waynesboro, VA (~35 min from Wintergreen). Reservations must be communicated directly through Wintergreen Resort's toll-free number, 1-800-611-6888. Please ask for the Group Reservations Department and mention "SSPVSE Meeting" and/or the meeting account number #4096TA. You can call Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 8:00 pm. Cancellations occurring within 14 days of arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee of one night’s room and tax.

All reservations must be accompanied by a one night's deposit for room and tax. Deposits are refundable, less a $25 processing fee, provided Wintergreen Resort receives notice of cancellation at least 14 days prior to arrival. Cancellations occurring within 14 days of arrival will forfeit deposit.

Advance reservation deposits may be paid by check or charged to Discover, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Credit card deposits are processed at the time the reservation is made.

After September 16, 2005 all rooms not secured with a one night's deposit will be released to Wintergreen Resort's reservation office for resale to the general public. Reservation requests made after the cut-off date will be confirmed on a space and rate available basis.

Cost of a single room is $125/night. The government rate (ID needed on arrival) is $95/night. One bedroom condos are available for $134/night; two-bedroom condos for $203/night, and three-bedroom condos for $260/night.
