use_flare_xyoffset
If use_flare_xyoffset is set, then xyoffset is automatically set to the position in the flare catalog of the flare closest in time to your requested time. If you set xyoffset manually, then use_flare_xyoffset is turned off. You must reset use_flare_xyoffset to 1 to return to automatically retrieving the flare position.
