Hi, I am a student from Terrell Jurior High School. My teacher along with some of her students and myself spent a week with the SUNBEAMS program. We did a lot of fun educational activities. We were assisted by Dr. Woods, and Mrs. Stokes. We did an activity called "Measuring the Angle of Reflection".We also didan activity called"The Broken Pencil in Water". We attended the 40th aniversy of NASA. We were able to eat a peice of a 40 foot cake. We also had free ice-cream. We danced and play also. After the 40th aniversy we made a comet. We learned that scientist discovered that there is dirt,amonia,water, and syrup inside a comet. Then we made telescopes. We decorated them and tested them to see if they work correctly.
