Here are three plots that illustrate the similarities in the three algorithms. Fluxes of each of our 25 flares' components were calculated for each program then plotted against the corresponding fluxes from another method. The solid line represents y=x.

To compare positions of the components, centroids (essentially center of mass, but instead of 'mass,' it's 'flux') in MEM and Clean were calculated. Differences in x and y components of the centroids were then plotted:
