Motivation

	Maximum Entropy image reconstruction is very good, but has a flaw: The ME reconstruction is done on the data (pixel) grid without regard for the information content of the image.
	Hence the ME reconstruction uses more degrees of freedom than are justified by the data.
	A Pixon-Based reconstruction uses the fewest degrees of freedom required by the data.
