CLEAN: software tasks

1) as soon as the "faster modulation pattern" calculations
are available, it will be used to calculate the PSF.
How much faster will be hsi_clean be?

2) testing of the following approximations:
-) one large PSF (2N*2N) for the whole image
-) one large PSF (2N*2N) for each clean box

3) if the calculations would be really fast, one could
maybe speed it up even more by using the Clark algorithm.
However, I think the calculation of the PSF will still
be the slowest calculation and the Clark algorithm will not
speed up hsi_clean.
