RHESSI Tohban report, 24-Jun-2003 to 30-Jun-2003 Albert Shih, Emily Rauscher 1. Solar Activity: Low solar activity. The week started at GOES baseline ~B2 and ended at ~B3, with a multitude of C flares (~30). NOAA region #0397 may produce M flares in the near future. 2. Memory Management: At the beginning of the week, the SSR fill level kept steadily increasing, mostly due to high particle activity. Since we expected low solar activity, the decimation state was switched from normal/normal to normal/active on 25-Jun-2003 at 19:39:20. Over the course of the week, the SSR fill level went as high as 70%, but is now around 35%. 3. Operations: 23-Jun -- Resistive heater changed from a duty cycle of 3/3 to 0/0 24-Jun -- Spacecraft spun up from 14.1 rpm to 15.0 rpm 25-Jun -- Rebalancing of the cryocooler began, phase changed 26-Jun -- Rebalancing of the cryocooler continued, amplitude changed 4. Other: A description of decimation was added to the tohban manual.
