Started, with a background GOES level in the middle A range. Activity 
has picked up the last 2 days, with a bunch of C flares and an M1.7

Cannot run the hsi_tohban_flare_counter, sunstruck is down, will try
this later today.

2. Memory Managment:

Decimation normal/normal (IDPU version 12) for the entire week.
SSR fill level was 44% -- on the last pass today.
