1. Solar Activity

Very low; not a single C-class flare. The GOES baseline decreased from B to 
A5 level.


2. Memory Managment

Decimation was changed from "active_vigorous" to "normal_active" on Tue, 
Jan 25. Despite very low solar activity, the SSR fill is currently at 14.9%, 
likely due to moderately high particle activity.
