1. Solar Activity

Still dead quiet, this look pretty much like solar minimum. There appears
to be an active region just coming around the limb, but getting no 
x-rays from it.

2. Memory management

Currently about 60% after passes, due to having no decimation during
quiet sun mode and losing passes to themis (?)

3. Data Gaps

No data gap files from the 19th.
No quicklook plots from 16th.

4. Issue to discuss

Will continue to offpoint as long as memory stays under control and 
this new active region doesn't produce anything.
