The error of 2.042144 seconds in the Compton Observatory on-board clock was
corrected on June 25, 1992 at approximately 1055 UT.  The times in error
were high, i.e. the clock was set back by 2.042144 seconds.  Times in 
the BATSE solar flare catalog for flares prior to June 25, 1992 1055 UT were
decreased by 2.042144 seconds, and the software for plotting flares was 
modified to correct the error when reading data earlier than June 25, 1992
1055 UT.
