As of April 24, 1992, both TCP/IP and DECnet users can use X windows for
screen output.  You will be prompted during the login to the BATSE account 
for whether you want to use X windows graphics, and if so, the name of the
display node and which protocol (TCP/IP or DECnet) to use.  

Use option 0 in the main menu, or the SelectDevices command in the graphics
programs to change graphics devices.

As before, the quicklook orbital plots are still in Tektronix format and can
only be displayed on Tektronix-emulating devices.

Please let me know if you have a problem with the new windowing capability.
