pmtras_diagnostic

PMTRAS_DIAGNOSTIC is a bit flag for selecting the diagnostic information produced by the pmtras_analysis procedure.

Default is 0 - no plots. Unless /no_starid is set, then default is 512. Note that 2^11 (2048) enables print diagnostics, all others are plots.

Set the following bit (or add values to set multiple bits) for the following diagnostics:

Window 1: 2 Fractional Time Interval Distribution

Window 2: 4 Blip Total vs Time

Window 3: 8 Preliminary Timing Residuals

Window 4: 16 Alignment in PMTRAS_ALIGNMENT_ANALYSIS

Window 5: 32 Intensity/Phase Grouping in PMTRAS_GROUP_BLIPS

Window 6: 64 Observed vs Predicted intensity

Window 7: 128 File-Averaged Phase Residuals

Window 8: 256 Background vs Time

Window 9: 512 Preliminary Estimate of Rotation Period

Window 10: 1024 Phase Histogram in PMTRAS_GROUP_BLIPS

Window 11: 2048 Enables printed diagnostics.

Window 12: 4096 Blip Total Distribution in PMTRAS_HISTPLOT

Window 13: 8192 Bliptot vs Timing Correction
