If set, the normal anti-coincidence spectrum will be added to the coincidence spectrum.
NOTE: If COINCIDENCE_FLAG has not been set, setting SUM_COINCIDENCE will set COINCIDENCE_FLAG and force reprocessing the spectrogram (spectrum & lightcurve) on calls to GETDATA().
