ACRONYM: dhb_asg_eis_spice03

Raster that covers 162" x 512" with the 2" slit in 16" sparse steps and 
takes the complete EIS spectrum. It is designed for a Solar Orbiter/SPICE
HOP that will scan from the solar limb to disk centre. The scientific
purpose is to track the DEM from on disk to off-limb. This version includes
the  on-disk part and uses  60s exposure times.

Warning:

High data rate (222 kbits/s) but the overall data volume is OK (164 Mbits)
because of the sparse steps. To reduce the data volume, applying e.g. JPEG85
compression is acceptable.
