Cross Plot Tool Plots the pixel values of two images against each other. Allows selection of pixels in a rectangular area of the cross plot and display of these pixels as a bit mask. Select two source windows by entering the window numbers in the areas labeled "x image" and "y image". Also select windows to use for the cross plot and the bit mask. Press the "plot" button to make the cross plot. Each dot plotted represents the value of a pixel in the two images as an (x,y) point. The "select" button then allows a rectangle to be interactively drawn on this cross plot. To define a rectangle, first press "select" then move the mouse (buttons up) to the cross plot near where you want to define one corner of the rectangle. Press and hold the left or middle button and drag the mouse to expand the rectangle. You can also shift the entire rectangle by holding the shift key as well but don't release the mouse until you are happy with tha shape and position of the rectangle. All the pixels having (x,y) coordinates in the selected rectangle can be displayed as a bit mask now by pressing the mask key. To get rid of this window, press help again.
