Data Compression Toy Blink Tool

Allows rapid blinking of the 2 source windows in a 3rd
window that pops up.

There are two blink modes. Both create the blink window
(if it doesn't already exist). The "Single Blink" button
toggles between the 2 source windows each time you press it.
The "Auto Blink" starts a blinking loop with a delay time
between the two images. This delay time is adjusted using
the box labeled "delay". It can be changed while the blink
is looping to slow down or speed up the rate. To stop, press
"Auto Blink" again.

Note that other functions will be severely slowed down
while running a blink loop (using auto blink) and that for
a long blink delay, the response to stop the blinking can
be several times this delay time.
