The main purpose of the November 2007 updates is to support the file
format expected to be generated in the version 2.0 pipeline. However
since there is also a major speedup in ff_summary (by removing an N^2
step that was a major bottleneck in the startup of the display tools)
and improved functionality in the calculations tool; this version is
being released now.
