Neil/Ted/Jake/Mike,

I'd suggest that we start having weekly meetings about TRACE operations and
data flow and analysis.  Neil, I'd imagine you'd lead the meetings.  I think
we need to keep up to date on the status and make sure that things are
progressing.

Some topics would be the status of the following:

* Data Processing and Access
	- Reformatter
	- Keyword database, listing capabilities, catalog creation & search
	- Simple 2-D FITS file making
	- Calibration
* Ops
	- Timeline generation, IAP generation, timeline on the web
	- Sequence/frame generation, versions
	- Memory loads
* Data Flow
	- Cron to handle all data inflow into the EOF (VC2, HK, ...)
	- Cron at LMSAL to mirror and process data
	- Sample FITS images to SOHO planning/archive
* Web
	- Health monitoring
	- GIF summaries by sequence and by day
* Admin
	- Disk usage/assignments/backups/deleting at EOF
	- /tsw mirroring and maintenance
