SUBJ: Guard Band Multiplier Modification

Dear Tsuenta san & Morrison san.

The following patch will increase the guard band multiplier from 4 to 8 and
adjust the checksum table to reflect this change. Note that only the
commands which indicate SXTE-U address and data are listed here.

Command Effect
______________________ ______________________________________________
BC 83H 46H F6H 01H 00H Change guard band multiplier from 4 to 8
BC 83H 4FH 46H 01H 31H Update checksum table*
______________________________________________________________________________

* The new value for the checksum assumes the setup flush parameter has also
been updated to the newest value (Address 46E9H, data value 07H)

Additional increases in this factor are as easily possible (1 byte patch) if the
need arises, but remember the readout time overhead...

Sam.
