RHESSI Detector Efficiency
RHESSI Detector Efficiency Changes, November 2011, PowerPoint Presentation by J. McTiernan
Sensitivity Plots
- All Detectors Relative to Detector 1, 2002 - present
Sensitivity of each detector relative to Detector 1. For these plots the relative sensitivity is the count rate for a given detector divided by the D1 rate, in the range from 6 to 25 keV. For each flare the time interval used is typically 2 minutes at the peak (the same as used to find flare position).
- All Detectors Relative to Detector 1, 2007- present
Same as above but for the time range 2007 to present.
- Detector 1 Relative to GOES, 2002 - present
Averages of the ratio of RHESSI Detector 1 count rate to the two GOES channels.
- Detector 1 Relative to GOES, Normalized, 2002 - present
Averages of the ratio of RHESSI Detector 1 count rate to the two GOES channels, normalized to the value at the start of the mission.
- Detector 1 Relative to GOES Hi, Normalized, Log, 2002-present
Averages of the ratio of RHESSI Detector 1 count rate to the GOES high channel (short-wavelength, high-energy), normalized to the value at the start of the mission, plotted on a log scale.
- GOES Hi vs Detector 1, 2002 - present
Scatter plot of the GOES high channel (the short-wavelength high-energy GOES channel) versus RHESSI Detector 1 count rate
- Sensitivities Text File, 2002 - present
Text file containing sensitivities of all detectors vs Detector 1, and Detector 1 vs each GOES channel, as a function of time.
