Fuzzy Pixons

	To control the number of degrees of freedom in the reconstruction, locally smear the image using an appropriate Pixon shape function.
	This requires a pseudo-image on a finer scale than the Pixons.
	The pseudo-image is smeared to give the reconstructed image which is compared to the data.
