Hi Everyone

We've just added documentation about the philosophy of and changes to
the Back Projection algorithm, and by extension to the Clean
algorithm for RHESSI image reconstruction.  We have also documented
these new control parameters:

IMAGING_POWER_LAW
USE_RATE
USE_LOCAL_AVERAGE
LOCAL_AVERAGE_FREQUENCY
AUTO_FREQUENCY
USE_CULL
CULL_FRAC

We have two versions of the file, one a PDF and the other in Word:
