Subject: Telecon

Brian / Ed,
I won't be able to make the telecon today. Perhaps Ed can report
the following brief points regarding MEMVIS and visibilities:

o It's now working both on command line and from the GUI
o Reconstruction with low counts is good
o Offsets cause problems for higher counts, and result in a displacement of the image in azimuth by ~1 arcsec
o Ed and I are closing in on the cause of these offsets
o I'm developing a new method for reconstructing visibilities
o Andre is going to incorporate visbilities into the objects properly

One comment regarding the HEDAW, which overall I thought was excellent and
well-appreciated:

Let folks play with the software a bit first so that they have some
immediate questions/issues in mind before listening to the presentations.

Andrew
