Dear HESSI'rs -

The European air traffic control has denied our overflight
for June 12 and that launch date has been scrubbed. The area
where the second stage will fall is in popular air lanes for
summer travel near the Azores.

The CCAS eastern range is requesting June 14 and a shorter
launch window in an effort to get approval. If that fails,
we may have to radically alter the time when we launch and
review all impacts to flight and ground systems.

The HESSI launch dates of June 14 thru 16 are being discussed.

No further word on the X-43A situation yet.

- Peter
